What to Watch Out For

• Hidden costs. Many operators advertise a per-desk price that excludes meeting room charges, printing, exit or activation fees. Always ask for an all-in monthly cost calculation before comparing.

• Lock-in terms. Most operators offer 1–12 month terms. Some push for longer commitments in exchange for better pricing — only agree if your headcount is stable, as once you lock in the term you cannot downgrade.

• Building grade vs. operator grade. A premium operator in a B-grade building is not the same as a mid-tier operator in a Grade A tower. Both matter for client perception — check both before committing.
